Terms and conditions

By confirming your booking you agree to the terms and conditions as set out in our policies below:

 House Rules:

The maximum occupancy is 2 people

No pets
No smoking on the property
No parties/events
Quiet hours are to be observed between 9:00 pm and 08:00 am

Check-in & Check-out Times:
Check-in from 3:00 pm
Check-out by 11:00 am

Please advise us if check- in will be after 9:00 pm

Key Pickup:
Guests will find the key in a lockbox at the property and must return it there on departure
We will send you a message prior to your arrival with the lock box location and code

Lost keys will incur a fee of $25

Parking: Free parking is available directly outside the property

We take no responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicle or belongings

Internet: Unlimited WiFi is available and is free of charge

Additional fees & charges (not included in nightly rate):

Service fee of $30/stay

End of stay cleaning fee of $60/stay if 7 nights or less  

A cleaning fee of $60/week (or part thereof) if stay greater than 7 nights

Longer stays (7 or more nights):

We accept longer stays by negotiation

Any stay greater than 7 nights requires agreement for a weekly clean to be done

This necessitates guests to vacate the property for 3 hours at an agreed time

Payment:

     All charges and fees are in NZD and may vary during peak times, public & school holidays

    For stays of 7 nights or less a 50% booking fee is required and the balance paid at least 2 days prior arrival

   For stays of more than 7 nights a 50% booking fee is required and the balance at least 14 days prior to arrival

    If there is a failure to complete payment we reserve the right to cancel your booking without notice and let to another interested party

Cancellation:

      For bookings of 7 nights or less cancellation is free of charge up until the 7th day before arrival

You will be charged 50% of the total nightly fee if cancellation is within 7 days and 100% if within 24 hours of arrival

     For bookings of more than 7 nights cancellation is free of charge up until the 14th day before arrival

                  You will be charged 50% of the total nightly fee if cancellation is within 14 days, and 100% if within 7 days of arrival

Damage and incidentals:

You will be responsible for any damage to the property caused during your stay

You agree to pay for repair or replacement, or the insurance excess if a claim on our insurance is required

A fully-refundable bond may be required for longer-term stays, advised on application
